Easy Way Of Measuring Foods When Dieting

Diets often becomes something that is not easy, so many people are reluctant to do it, or stop in the middle of the road. The things that make the diet are difficult and complicated one is reserved to calculate food intake, in which we must weigh food, calorie counting and more.
However, how complicated can it be abandoned because the diet is not a math exam. We need to count-count that we already have, that our hands.
