Genuine Happiness Comes from Within

Life is not the sweetest candy. Sometimes, when I feel like the world is just too thick, I look around and find people who continued to reside fascinating and terrific lives. How come they can manage to laugh and play despite a hectic stressful life?”

So, how can you become genuinely satisfied? Step 1 is always to appreciate yourself.

My theology professor once said that “loving means” To love oneself means to accept that you are not an ideal being, but supporting the imperfections need to lie a great ounce of courage to have the ability to discover ways on how to improve your approach to recoup from our mistakes.

Genuine happiness also pertains to contentment. When you’re contented with the job you’ve got, the way you look, along with your family, your friends, the place you live in, your vehicle, and all the things you currently have — really, you know the answer to the query “how to become genuinely pleased.”

When we find a small start somewhere from within, that little start will eventually result in something else, and also to something else. But if you keep questioning lifestyle lit it has never done you any good, you won’t ever be able to detect real joy.

All these are things that happen as often as you inhale and exhale. Failure, in a person’s life, has become as abundant and essential as air. But this should not hinder us from becoming happy.

The way to be genuinely joyful in spite all those? I tell you… every single time you exert effort to improve the quality of life and your being, whether it is cleaning up your room, helping a friend, taking care of your pet, fail on board tests and trying again, lifestyle gives you equivalent points for this.

Imagine life as a huge scoreboard such as those which are used in the NFL. Each time you take a step ahead, you create scoring points. Would not it be wonderful to look at this board at the end of each game and think to yourself “Whew! I received a point now. I’m glad I gave it a shot.” , instead of looking at it clean and murmur “Geez, I did not even strike a dent today. I wish I had the guts to try. We could have won!” Then walk away.

Genuine happiness is not about forcing the newest Formula 1 car, nor obtaining the employee of the year award, making the greatest 13th month pay, or beating the sales quota. From time to time, the most popular prizes in life doesn’t always go to the fastest, the strongest, the bravest or not the ideal. So, how do you become genuinely happy? Happiness for a writer may mean starting as much best marketing novels as you can. Happiness to get a basketball rookie may mean getting the newcomer of the year award. Happiness for a beggar may mean a good deal of cash. Happiness for a businessman may mean achievement. So, now, how can we become genuinely pleased? Simple. You do not have to get the best things in this world. It’s about doing and making the most out of every single thing. As soon as you end up grinning at your own mistake and telling yourself “Oh, I’ll do much better next time”, you carry with you a fire of strong will power to gaze which may distribute as a brush fire. You have a willingness to stand up again and again try — which will cause you to be a genuinely happy person.

When you learn how to accept yourself and your flaws. You pass step 1 at the job “the way to become genuinely joyful”.For as long as you are aware of how to accept other people, you will also be approved. For as long as you love and know how to enjoy, you will receive love ten folds back again.

Again, throw me the same question “how to become genuinely pleased?”. I’ll refer you to some friend of mine who strongly quoted- “Most of us know that laughter is the best medicine to live’s aches and pain. However, most of us don’t understand the best form of laughter is bliss over self. Coz you then don’t just become happy… you become free.”
